This Creamy spinach and fruit filled smoothie is one of my favs. It’s like having a guilt free dessert for breakfast! I found it in the Blender Girl Smoothie recipe book. Bonus: it’s vegan and gluten free!
One of the keys is to use frozen fruit. It helps get that great creamy consistency. I’m always freezing ripe bananas just for this purpose. For this smoothie, I used mangos, bananas and peaches.
Throw all of that into your blender along with almond milk and spinach, maple syrup and vanilla.
