Glazed Bacon

glazed bacon

What is it about bacon? Most everyone loves it and there are so many creative things to do with it. (Chocolate bacon, anyone?)

This glazed bacon adds a level of flavorings to the bacon that are so delightfully delicious! Two different sauce flavors were used in this recipe and I honestly can’t say which I liked best,  so I’m sorry but you are going to have to try both Not Ketchup Dipping Sauces suggested within the recipe and then come back and tell me which you prefer… if you can pick! (For more info, head on over to the Not Ketchup feature.)

Make sure to start off  with a good quality thick cut bacon, and coat the top with either Not Ketchups Smoky Date or Cherry Chipotle flavors.

After 20 minutes in the oven, flip the bacon over, coat the second side and cook for 10-15 more minutes.
