Green Smoothie Popsicles

What a great idea for your green smoothie – make it into a popsicle!  Your kids might even eat it!

I’ve been making these superfood smoothie popsicles this summer and they have proven to be a great snack on those 100 degree Los Angeles days.  You could really do this with any smoothie you make, not just this one.  The key would be to use an awesomely strong blender to get a smooth textured pop.

Green Smoothie Popsicles

4-6 popsicles

Green Smoothie Popsicles


  • 2 cups spinach
  • 2 cups berries (use strawberries, blueberries, ect... whatever you have)
  • 2 bananas
  • 2 packages of Baobab superfood powder (great source of fiber)
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 1 tsp honey (or to taste)


  1. Blend all ingredients until super smooth.
  2. Pour into popsicle molds.
  3. Freeze overnight.
