Make the most of the end of season peaches you’ll still find at your farmers market. There are so many great dishes to create, like my favorite Peach Crisp. But here’s a delicious breakfast/snack/dessert you could make in no time.
I still had a few peaches left over from our peach picking and I wanted some warm peach yumminess this morning. Convincing myself that by adding some Greek yogurt and granola I could make something nutritious and still get that peach-pie-filling taste. My Grilled Peach Parfait!
Fire up the grill (or grill pan) and cut those peaches in half. Sprinkle a bit of raw sugar on top and placed them cut side down on the grill for about 10 minutes. You’ll know they’re ready when you start smelling the sweetness of the juices dripping onto the grill. If you have never eaten a sweet ripe peach with a caramelized top straight off the grill you are missing out!
