Grilled Peach Parfait

grilled peach parfait

Make the most of the end of season peaches you’ll still find at your farmers market. There are so many great dishes to create, like my favorite Peach Crisp. But here’s a delicious breakfast/snack/dessert you could make in no time.

I still had a few peaches left over from our peach picking and I wanted some warm peach yumminess this morning. Convincing myself that by adding some Greek yogurt and granola I could make something nutritious and still get that peach-pie-filling taste. My Grilled Peach Parfait!

Fire up the grill (or grill pan) and cut those peaches in half. Sprinkle a bit of raw sugar on top and placed them cut side down on the grill for about 10 minutes. You’ll know they’re ready when you start smelling the sweetness of the juices dripping onto the grill. If you have never eaten a sweet ripe peach with a caramelized top straight off the grill you are missing out!

Prep Time: 5 minutes

Cook Time: 10 minutes

Serving Size: 2

Grilled Peach

  • 2 cups of your favorite Greek yogurt
  • 1 grilled peach
  • 1/2 tsp sugar
  • granola to taste

  1. Fire up the grill (or grill pan).
  2. Cut peach in half.
  3. Sprinkle the sugar over the cut side of the peach halves. (I used raw sugar)
  4. Place peaches cut side down on the grill for about 10 minutes.
  5. Remove peaches from grill and cut into small bite size pieces.
  6. Split the yogurt between two dishes and top each with half of the peaches. (I like them when they are still a bit warm)
  7. Top with granola.
