Our Japenese Yuzu tree has gone crazy these last few months.
This fruit is very traditional in Japanese cuisine and the zest makes a beautiful garnish. If you’ve ever used Ponzu sauce, yuzu is the main ingrediant. Can’t find yuzu anywhere? Come on over, I have a ton!
