With all the apples in season, you may at times have more then you know what to do with.
Smoothies (and juicing) are great for using produce you have on hand, so don’t let anything go to waste. This smoothie uses a bunch of ingredients you may already have in your ‘fridge – spinach, apples, apple juice, lemon juice… a also added cilantro and ginger.
I used my awesome blender for this smoothy (with some ice) but you could easily juice these ingredients in your favorite juicer as well (no ice).
